Because each product is custom-made just for you when you order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery here with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you — or offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

• We can’t offer a refund for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or color variations due to screen display differences.
• All items are made to order and fulfilled through our print partners, so we cannot resell returned products.
